A waste disposal site, waste management system or sewage works is exempt from being the subject matter of a hearing under section 20.15 of the Environmental Protection Act if it is or forms part of an undertaking or project that,
s. 1(a)
is subject to Part II.3 of the Environmental Assessment Act; or
s. 1(b)
is subject to Part II.1 of the Environmental Assessment Act under section 15 of that Act. ; ;
