The municipalities named in Column 1 of the Table to this Regulation are prescribed for the purposes of subsection 46.1 (2) of the Education Act. ;
The lands and premises with the assessment roll numbers set out in Column 2 of the Table to this Regulation are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of “defence property” in subsection 46.1 (1) of the Act. ;
