Despite clauses 6 (2) (a) and (b) of the Act,
s. 1(a)
the number of individual members of the Corporation elected to the Council by the members of the Corporation shall be nine; and
s. 1(b)
the number of persons appointed to the Council by the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall be four.
