(1) The authority of the Minister under the following provisions is delegated to the council of the County of Brant with respect to all applications made on or after December 31, 1998 for land in that municipality:
Section 51 of the Act, to approve a plan of subdivision.
Section 50 of the Condominium Act, to approve or exempt a condominium description.
Subsection 305 (2) of the Municipal Act.
Subsection 88 (3) of the Registry Act.
Section 146 of the Land Titles Act.
The authority of the Minister under subsection 297 (10) of the Municipal Act is delegated to the council of the County of Brant with respect to all by-laws passed on or after December 31, 1998 for land in that municipality.
Despite section 1, all authority of the Minister under section 51 of the Act to approve a plan of subdivision and under section 50 of the Condominium Act to approve or exempt a condominium description is delegated to the council of the County of Brant with respect to applications made before December 31, 1998 whose file numbers are set out in the Schedule.
