Part 3 Designated Crown Lands and Provincial Parks Areas
The designated Crown lands and lands in provincial parks set out in the Schedules are those lands on which hunting is permitted in accordance with Part XIV of Ontario Regulation 665/98 (Hunting).
Schedule 1
All that part of Lake Superior Provincial Park in the Territorial District of Algoma lying easterly of that part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 and northerly of the southerly boundary of the geographic townships of Brimacombe and Broome; and that portion of Lake Superior Provincial Park in the geographic Townships of Peever, Slater and Kincaid, and in the mining locations of Rankin and Kincaid, and islands in Lake Superior and part of the bed of Lake Superior, in the Territorial District of Algoma, containing 5,156 hectares, more or less, being composed of all those parts of the said geographic townships and mining locations, designated as Parts 7 to 13, both inclusive, on a Plan known as Lake Superior Provincial Park (Natural Environment Class), filed on June 14, 2002 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Rondeau Provincial Park:
Beginning at the intersection of the water’s edge of Lake Erie with the north-south dredge cut; thence north 22°30' east along the said dredge cut 3,280 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the most southerly dredge cut; thence north 77°30' west along the said dredge cut and its northwesterly production a distance of 1 mile and 3,900 feet; thence north 38°30' east 5 miles and 1,196 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the westerly production of the north park boundary lying in an easterly and westerly direction at a bearing of north 76°50' east; thence easterly along that production and the park boundary 3,630 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the easterly limit of Lake Shore Road; thence southerly and westerly along the easterly limit of Lake Shore Road to the intersection with the easterly limit of Rondeau Park Road; thence southerly along the east limit of Rondeau Park Road and its production to the intersection with the water’s edge of Lake Erie; thence in a general westerly direction following the said water’s edge of Lake Erie to the place of beginning.

Part 8 areas where Possession, Discharge and Use of Firearm prohibitions apply
(1) A reference in this Part to a geographic area is a reference to a geographic area within the meaning of Ontario Regulation 180/03 (Division of Ontario into Geographic Areas) made under the Territorial Division Act, 2002.
The geographic areas in Schedules 1 and 2 are parts of Ontario for the purpose of clause 17 (1) (d) of the Act, as described in section 63 of Ontario Regulation 665/98 (Hunting) made under the Act.
The geographic areas in Schedules 1 and 2 are prescribed as areas for the purpose of section 65 of Ontario Regulation 665/98 (Hunting) made under the Act, restricting the use and possession of a firearm for the purpose of hunting.
The areas in Schedule 3 are prescribed as areas for the purpose of section 64 of Ontario Regulation 665/98 (Hunting) made under the Act, prohibiting the possession of a firearm, unless the firearm is unloaded and encased, and the use of a firearm for the purpose of hunting.
The geographic areas referred to in Schedule 4 are prescribed as areas for the purpose of section 78 of Ontario Regulation 665/98 (Hunting) made under the Act, prohibiting the holder of a small game licence from carrying or using specified firearms.

Starting at a point in the water’s edge of Lake St. Clair at the intersection of the line between lots 149 and 150, Concession 1 as shown on a plan of the geographic township of Sandwich; thence northerly along the production of that lot line to the intersection with a line drawn parallel to and distant 200 metres perpendicularly from the water’s edge of Lake St. Clair; thence easterly along that parallel line to its intersection with a line drawn north astronomic from the intersection of the westerly water’s edge of Duck Creek with the water’s edge of Lake St. Clair; thence south astronomic to the said intersection of the water’s edge of Duck Creek with the water’s edge of Lake St. Clair; thence westerly along the water’s edge to the starting point.
