(1) For each item in the Schedule, the registry division named in Column 1 is the registry division for the area described in Column 2. ;

For each item in the Schedule, the registry division named in Column 1 may be referred to by either the words or by both the words and the number set out in that column.
Unless otherwise provided in the Schedule,
a reference in the Schedule to a county, territorial district, geographic township, municipality, regional municipality or metropolitan municipality is a reference to the county, territorial district, geographic township, municipality, regional municipality or metropolitan municipality, as it existed on December 31, 1980;
for each item in the Schedule, the registry division named in Column 1 includes all allowances for roads within the registry division as described in Column 2 for the item; and
if an allowance for a road forms a boundary of a registry division, the centre line of the allowance is the boundary of the registry division. ;
(1) If, under subsection 4 (2) of the Act, the boundaries of a registry division are changed so that the division is combined with another registry division or part of the division is annexed to an adjoining registry division, the land registrar for the registry division that is eliminated by the combination or reduced by the annexation shall, within the time that the Director requires, deliver to the land registrar for the registry division that is enlarged by the combination or annexation, the records that the Director requires.
Revoked:
A land registrar whose registry division is enlarged shall enter in the appropriate index all plans and certified copies of plans received under subsection (1). ;
Subsections (1) and (3) apply with necessary modifications if a registry division is divided into two or more registry divisions under subsection 4 (2) of the Act.
The Director may vary the requirements of this section to apply to special circumstances.
