Red Drum Size Limits; Creel Limits.
(Penalty Section 7 Del.C. §936(b)(2) )
§ 1.0
Unless otherwise authorized, it shall be unlawful for any person to possess any red drum, ( Sciaenops ocellatus ), that measures less than twenty (20) inches, total length or more than twenty-seven (27) inches, total length.
§ 2.0
Unless otherwise authorized, it shall be unlawful for any person to possess more than five (5) red drum.
