Atlantic Sturgeon Moratorium on Possession.

§ 1.0
It shall be unlawful for any person to harvest, possess, or land any Atlantic Sturgeon, Acipenser oxyrhynchus, or part thereof.
§ 2.0
It shall be unlawful for any person to attempt to harvest, possess, or land any Atlantic sturgeon or part thereof.
