Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

Section 1 — DESIGNATION

The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 200 East Pinckney Street in Madison, Florida, is hereby designated as the ``Captain Colin P. Kelly, Jr. Post Office''.

Section 2 — REFERENCES

Any reference to such facility in a law, regulation, map, document, paper, or other record of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the ``Captain Colin P. Kelly, Jr. Post Office''.
