Preamble

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, <<NOTE: 1999 Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act.>> That the following sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1999, and for other purposes, namely:

Title I—EMERGENCY SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS

Title II—EMERGENCY NATIONAL SECURITY SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS
