Preamble

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

Section 1 — AMENDMENTS TO EXISTING PROVISIONS

Public Law 106-392 (114 Stat. 1602) is amended as follows: (1) Section 2(1) is amended by inserting ``and extended by the Extension of the Cooperative Agreement dated December 6, 2001,'' after ``September 29, 1987,''. (2) Section 3(a)(2) is amended by striking ``fiscal year 2005'' and inserting ``fiscal year 2008''. (3) Section 3(a)(3) is amended by striking ``fiscal year 2007'' and inserting ``fiscal year 2008''. (4) Section 3(b) is amended-- (A) in paragraph (1) by striking ``fiscal year 2005'' and inserting ``fiscal year 2008''; and (B) in paragraph (2) by striking ``fiscal year 2007'' and inserting ``fiscal year 2008''. (5) Section 3(c)(1) is amended by striking ``with'' and inserting ``within''.
