Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows:
This Act may be cited as the Condominium Ordinance Validation Act.
The Condominium Ordinance of the Yukon Territory, chapter C-12 of the Revised Ordinances of the Yukon Territory, 1971, and all amendments thereto made before the coming into force of this Act shall be deemed for all purposes to have been validly made under the Yukon Act as if the Ordinance as so amended were not in conflict with the Land Titles Act, and everything done, whether before or after the coming into force of this Act, under the Ordinance as so amended shall be given such effect as it may otherwise have as if the Ordinance as so amended were not in conflict with the Land Titles Act.[Note: Act in force on assent October 29, 1985.]
The Condominium Ordinance of the Northwest Territories, chapter C-10 of the Revised Ordinances of the Northwest Territories, 1974, and all amendments thereto made before the coming into force of this Act shall be deemed for all purposes to have been validly made under the Northwest Territories Act as if the Ordinance as so amended were not in conflict with the Land Titles Act, and everything done, whether before or after the coming into force of this Act, under the Ordinance as so amended shall be given such effect as it may otherwise have as if the Ordinance as so amended were not in conflict with the Land Titles Act.[Note: Act in force on assent October 29, 1985.]
