Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 110(1) of the Public Service Employment Act a, hereby designates the Minister of Canadian Heritage for the purposes of section 110 of that Act, effective December 31, 2005.
