His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 123(1) of the Public Service Employment Act a, hereby makes the annexed Transfer of Portions of the Canada Revenue Agency Regulations. S.C. 2003, c. 22, ss. 12 and 13
Block Transfer
Subsection 132(1) of the Public Service Employment Act applies to all persons employed or engaged in the portions of the federal public administration in the Canada Revenue Agency known as the Email, Data Centre and Network Services Unit and the Email, Data Centre and Network Services Support Unit.
Coming into Force
These Regulations come into force on November 15, 2011.
