His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 123(1) of the Public Service Employment Act a, hereby makes the annexed Communications Security Establishment Regulations. S.C. 2003, c. 22, ss. 12 and 13
Block Transfer
Subsection 132(1) of the Public Service Employment Act applies to the Communications Security Establishment.
Cession of Effect
These Regulations cease to have effect at 00:00:03 on November 16, 2011.
Coming into Force
These Regulations come into force at 00:00:01 on November 16, 2011.
