The Chief Justice ‑‑ The motion to adduce fresh evidence is dismissed. The appeal, which comes to us as of right, equally is dismissed.
In dismissing the appeal, we should like to endorse the remarks below as regards the impropriety, be it in British Columbia or anywhere else in Canada, to proceed in the manner the Crown did.
