The Chief Justice ‑‑ In light of the unusual circumstances of this case, this Court’s decision in Paul v. The Queen, [1982] 1 S.C.R. 621, is of no help to the appellant, and we agree with the conclusion of the Court of Appeal of Alberta, and the appeal is dismissed.
