The Chief Justice -- One consolation for Mr. Coreas is that he’s very well represented and will be very well represented at his new trial. We are in agreement with the reasons of the Court of Appeal, [1996] O.J. No. 2550, in ordering a new trial. The appeal is therefore dismissed.
