    The headPrime Minister shall cause to be published in electronic form any letter or revised letter in which he or she establishes the mandate of aany governmentother institutionminister may,within by30 order,days designateafter onethe or more officers or employees of that institution to exercise or perform anyissuance of the powers, dutiesletter or functionsrevised of the head of the institution under this Act that are specified in the order.letter.

    The Prime Minister shall cause to be published in electronic form any letter or revised letter in which he or she establishes the mandate of any other minister within 30 days after the issuance of the letter or revised letter.

    The head of a government institution may, by order, designate one or more officers or employees of that institution to exercise or perform any of the powers, duties or functions of the head of the institution under this Act that are specified in the order.
