    where a creditor intends to oppose the discharge of the bankrupt, the creditor shall give notice of the intended opposition, stating the grounds therefor, to the Superintendent, to the trustee and to the bankrupt at any time prior to the expiration of the nine month period immediately following the bankruptcy;
