    The court may make an order providing for the sale of any or all of the assets of the estate of the bankrupt, either by tender, private sale or public auction, setting out the terms and conditions of the sale and directing that the proceeds therefrom shall be used for the purpose of reimbursing the trustee in respect of any costs that may be owing to him or of any moneys he may have advanced for the benefit of the estate.
