Versions of s. 278.35(1)

The prosecutor and the accused, together with the complainant or any witness to which a record, or part of it, relates, may jointly apply to the judge before whom the accused is to be, or is being, tried for a determination as to whether the record, or any part of it, is admissible under subsection 278.29(2) without holding a hearing under section 278.31.
