at the beginning of that day, the total capital cost of all property of the taxpayer included in Class 14.1 of Schedule II to the Income Tax Regulations in respect of the business, each of which was an eligible capital property of the taxpayer immediately before that day or is the goodwill property in respect of the business, is deemed to be the amount determined by the formula 4/3 × (A + B – C) where A is the amount that is the cumulative eligible capital in respect of the business at the beginning of that day, B is the amount determined for F in the definition cumulative eligible capital in subsection 14(5) (as that subsection applied immediately before that day) in respect of the business at the beginning of that day, and C is the amount by which the total of all amounts determined, in respect of the business, for E or F in the definition cumulative eligible capital in subsection 14(5) (as that subsection applied immediately before that day), exceeds the total of all amounts determined for A to D.1 in that definition in respect of the business at the beginning of that day, including any adjustment required by subparagraph (d)(i);
