    For the purposepurposes of subsection (1), the definition taxable Canadian property in subsection 248(1) shall be read without reference to paragraphs (a) and (c) to (k)(e) of that definition and as if the only options, interests or rights referred to in paragraph (l)(f) of that definition were those in respect of property described in paragraph (b) of that definition.
