    Where at any time a taxpayer requests in writing that the Minister surrender any security accepted by the Minister under subsection 220(4) or 220(4.1), the Minister shall surrender the security to the extent that the value of the security exceeds the total of payable under this Act by the taxpayer at that time.

    Where at any time a taxpayer requests in writing that the Minister surrender any security accepted by the Minister under subsection 220(4) or 220(4.1), the Minister shall surrender the security to the extent that the value of the security exceeds the total of payable under this Act by the taxpayer at that time.
