    a person who is described in paragraph (1)(c.01)(1)(a.2) or (c.02) or any of paragraphs (1) (c.2) to (c.6)(a.3) and who was no longer living on the day on which that paragraph came into force is deemed to be entitled to be registered under that paragraph.
