    Every year the head of every government institution shall prepare a report on the administration of this Act within the institution during the period beginning on April 1 of the preceding year and ending on March 31 of the current year.

    The head of every government institution shall prepare for submission to Parliament an annual report on the administration of this Act within the institution during each financial year.
