Versions of s. 464(1)(b)

by the Admiralty Court, when the amount has been determined by that Court, among the persons entitled thereto in such manner as the Court thinks just, and the Court may appoint any person to carry the apportionment into effect, compel any person in whose hands or under whose control the amount is to distribute the amount, or to bring it into the Court to be dealt with as the Court directs, and, for those purposes, issue such orders as the Court thinks fit.
