The provisions of this Part relating to the manner in which the certificates of a master, mate or engineer shall be dealt with extend, in so far as they are applicable, to pilots’ licences, which are subject to cancellation or suspension in the same manner as those certificates are subject to cancellation or suspension under this Part.
