    Sections 506 to 512 apply to all sea-going Canadian ships with the exception of fishing boats exclusively employed in fishing on the coasts of Canada when those ships are out of the jurisdiction of the Government of Canada and, where they apply to a ship, apply to the owners, master and crew of that ship.
