    For greater certainty and without restricting the generality of subsection (1), an absolute discharge under paragraph 20(1)(a) or the termination of all dispositions in respect of an offence for which a young person is found guilty removes any disqualification in respect of the offence to which the young person is subject pursuant to any Act of Parliament by reason of a conviction.
