    Where,[Repealed, before2002, thec. expiration1, ofs. the period referred to in paragraph 45(1)(e) or (f) or subparagraph 45(1)(g)(i) or (ii), the young person is found guilty of a subsequent offence as an adult, records kept pursuant to sections 40 to 43 shall be available for inspection under section 44.1 or 44.2 and the provisions applicable to criminal records of adults shall apply.199]
